The plan

Thank you to all who welcomed me, and thank you for leaving me comments. I appreciated them.

My “friend” finally left two days ago I think and I’m so happy! She finally left, she stayed at home three weeks. I really don’t know how I survived them. The first week she was nice, cool and sweet. But, the other two weeks were hell. I’m glad they are over, so no more talking about her. She isn’t bringing any joy to me.

It’s been so hot the past weeks. I’ve been dehydrated sometimes because I don’t feel need for water and I felt dizzy so many times. So now I have a plan for these two months.

I’m going to start working out, and I will eat healthy. So no more junk food and no more sweets. My plan is to drink eight glasses of water even if I don’t feel like drinking them, but I have to because I don’t want to get dehydrated again. I’m going to cut bread on one piece a day, just for lunch and that would be black bread because it’s more healthier and it has less calories.

I’m absolutely cutting down the sweets and the snacks. I can just afford them on Saturday but, in a really small dose. Just to feel satisfied. I can survive without these since I don’t eat a lot of snacks. So instead if I feel hunger I’ll just grab some fruit. :)

Also I won’t eat a lot of dairy products, I’ll only drink low fat milk and yogurt, but of course I won’t cut them all because I need them in my organism and I need their vitamins. Vegetables are a must, I’ve been always eating salads with my meals so this isn’t such a big problem.

I will need the vitamins of the meat, fish and the nuts too. I will eat them only boiled or grilled. I won’t eat any fried food because it has a lot of fat and calories.

So I will work out three times per week which will consist push-ups, squats and a lot more exercises for the tights, the back, the stomach and the butt. Also, I would like to get my muscles tighten up. But, this isn’t all. I will also go biking or walking four times per week for thirty minutes. It’s not a lot at all. :D

I’m sorry if I bored you with these, but this is my plan for the summer. I would need some help. So if someone wants to this with me or just to support me I would appreciate it a lot. If you want to use this plan with me we can e-mail each other, but also you can just support me by e-mailing me too. I’m would like to apologize again if I bored you with my annoying healthy, exercise plan.
