The plan
Thank you to all who welcomed me, and thank you for leaving me comments. I appreciated them.
My “friend” finally left two days ago I think and I’m so happy! She finally left, she stayed at home three weeks. I really don’t know how I survived them. The first week she was nice, cool and sweet. But, the other two weeks were hell. I’m glad they are over, so no more talking about her. She isn’t bringing any joy to me.
It’s been so hot the past weeks. I’ve been dehydrated sometimes because I don’t feel need for water and I felt dizzy so many times. So now I have a plan for these two months.
I’m going to start working out, and I will eat healthy. So no more junk food and no more sweets. My plan is to drink eight glasses of water even if I don’t feel like drinking them, but I have to because I don’t want to get dehydrated again. I’m going to cut bread on one piece a day, just for lunch and that would be black bread because it’s more healthier and it has less calories.
I’m absolutely cutting down the sweets and the snacks. I can just afford them on Saturday but, in a really small dose. Just to feel satisfied. I can survive without these since I don’t eat a lot of snacks. So instead if I feel hunger I’ll just grab some fruit.
Also I won’t eat a lot of dairy products, I’ll only drink low fat milk and yogurt, but of course I won’t cut them all because I need them in my organism and I need their vitamins. Vegetables are a must, I’ve been always eating salads with my meals so this isn’t such a big problem.
I will need the vitamins of the meat, fish and the nuts too. I will eat them only boiled or grilled. I won’t eat any fried food because it has a lot of fat and calories.
So I will work out three times per week which will consist push-ups, squats and a lot more exercises for the tights, the back, the stomach and the butt. Also, I would like to get my muscles tighten up. But, this isn’t all. I will also go biking or walking four times per week for thirty minutes. It’s not a lot at all.
I’m sorry if I bored you with these, but this is my plan for the summer. I would need some help. So if someone wants to this with me or just to support me I would appreciate it a lot. If you want to use this plan with me we can e-mail each other, but also you can just support me by e-mailing me too. I’m would like to apologize again if I bored you with my annoying healthy, exercise plan.

Nature is nice. Especially when you’re just walking/cycling along, appreciating it. I normally take my iPod when I go for a walk but not normally on my bike cause I have to listen out for cars. I will need to change though, I am wearing a dress today for a change, aha.

I was about to say it’s a shame you’re friend is leaving but it seems like you are glad about that so lets party about it instead!
See! That’s exactly what I am like when it comes to water (or any drinks really). I only THINK about drinking if I’m thirsty. But I rarely get thirsty. So I always end up going almost a day without drinking then I’ll get moaned and nagged it. -__-
Aaah you sound so prepared for eating healthily. I envy you for sticking to it. I can’t last long without seeing chocolate and giving up o_O PUSH UP AND SQUATS? jeezz. You are really up for this aren’t you? D:

Nah it doesn’t sound weird. :3 It almost is like another world. There aren’t any rivers close to me so I have to cycle on the road or trails if I find any.
LOL I don’t usually wear a dress. This is my only dress and it’s very, very casual. It’s like dungarees. :3 I own a few skirts; a denim one which I wear quite a bit, a plaid one I wear sometimes and a white one which is my smart one.
I don’t really know what I’m gonna wear the next day, I just wear whatever I feel like on that day.

Nahhh some people have ‘clothing schedules’ but I find them fussy and pointless.

Glad to hear your friend is gone
Your healthy eating and exercise plan makes me feel guilty. I had tried for several months to accomplish that and I just quit. I don’t really want to try again because I’ve gotten lazy…BUT I will provide my full support. I hope you can keep up the routine and live a healthier lifestyle! It seems as though you have a good plan. I love salads. I might join you with eating a salad with every meal. My advice: use balsamic vinaigrette as your dressing. It’s healthier and tastes better! Also, putting mandarin oranges or apples on it is fantastic
You’re in eighth grade? Wow. I wouldn’t have guessed that. What do you mean by that? Does something prevent you from reading books for people a little older than you? I never liked reading the kid books when I was little. I’ve read Ted Dekker since I was ten or eleven. His books are specifically for adults.

Yeah sure I’ll do it with you. I really want to get rid of my love handles. They are not cute at all. We have fitTV so i will be using that too.
The thing is we don’t have much of these healthy stuff at my house so the only thing i can do is just exercise and cut less on the food i eat. Money is an issue right now so no one to fund my healthy food drive. I’ll just be doing exercise for now and eating less food. No more junk food though. No candy…just gum.

They really aren’t. They are gross, they aren’t really big but, they make me look fatter.
Well you probably should use it, since you already have it.
Don’t worry abut money. I don’t have a lot of money to spend on healthy food either. I cut less on the food I eat too. I don’t have a lot of healthy products in my home. But, I have some and they are pretty much enough. I will use gum too but, just mint since it will keep you away from not eating junk food and it will make you less hungry.

It’s good to do something to feel better, and health is too important to neglect it. After all, you’re not going to do any crazy diet: it’s all very balanced from what I read, so by all means go for it!
Just be careful with working out at the hottest hours of the day, you might get sick (I was told that the early morning is the best time of the day in summer to do gymnastic).

Yay, your friend is gone!
Wow, good luck with everything! You can do it! I am currently trying to eat more healthily but that just means less chocolate, sweets and unhealthy snacks and more fruit, yoghurt, etc. Also I want to go out for a walk/bike ride for half an hour each day.
I wouldn’t mind supporting you at all but I can do that via comments and keep you up to date with my annoying, healthy, exercise plan too. :L

Yes. I go on GMH maybe a bit more but I remember one day I got to page 87 on LMGH. Yes, I cry too at some of them… they are just so sweet and inspirational. Those people give me hope.
Haha yeah I’m gonna have to force myself to do some things though, lol.
It’s alright, I feel the same with people who don’t appreciate me. I think everyone does.
